Is it mandatory to share my details?
No, your private details are not mandatory to share.
Can I cancel my sessions and get refunded?
At Renew Counselling, 50% amount will be refunded if the session gets cancelled before 24 hours of the appointment time. We appreciate you understand our Refund And Cancellation Policy.
Marital Counselling - Can wife and husband have a same counselling session?
No. We, at Renew Counselling treat wife and husband as separate clients. We will empower you individually which will in turn help you to handle your marriage in a better way.
Do you offer Phone or Chat Counselling?
No, we do not offer Phone or Chat counselling. We believe that it is important for us to get to know our clients verbally and non verbally as well.
Can I stay with my child if my child is the client?
We respect the client(child) and their confidentiality is our priority. We believe that the presence of the parent might not be helpful during counselling session.
How many sessions will I need to attend?
The number of sessions can be determined only after talking to the client.
